New Shipping Policies:

ATTENTION FOREIGN CUSTOMERS: 60% of my customers are overseas & this number is growing! Because of the problems with the United Parcel Service (UPS) I now ship ONLY by US Postal Service insured. I require a valid, daytime phone number(s) for delivery! NO EXCEPTIONS!

You'll also be charged taxes set by your country. I ship all orders at actual value to recover my cost if by the rare chance that the item(s) are lost, stolen or damaged. I will contact you with actual shipping cost as only DOMESTIC costs are provided in my on-line product line.

There are no tracking numbers to use for shipments outside of the USA unless you are interested in paying the high cost for Overnight or 2 Day Priority shipping. IF you wish to ship via an alternative method, I can ship vai Federal Express but that is a very, V-E-R-Y expensive method yet they track right to your door.

Please Note: The U. S. Postal Service will NOT refund for 90 days! That is their policy. Thus absolutely NO replacements will be sent on lost orders! A new order must be placed and paid for while you are waiting on refund. Even so, I DO NOT re-ship until a new payment is made by either the customer or USPS. The cost of this service can be quite high BUT it allows for all parties to be safe.

NOTICE: It is highly imperative that ALL foreign customers include a daytime telephone number of where you can be reached so that if your package gets delayed by Customs they can contact you OR if your package get damaged or worse lost/stolen and recovered, the postal authorities have a way of contacting you!

Using only an email may or may not be a smart way to go! Yeah you want you privacy BUT you also want your merchandise, right? Is it worth your own peace of mind to know that if needed, Postal Authorities could contact you to say, "Sorry but someone damaged your package and part of the contents were recoverable"??? I think it is.

When I ship overseas, I include the name, address, email and telephone number as you supply them to me INSIDE the package so that if it does get damaged, lost or stolen/recovered, there's a way for the authorities to contact you and get you your mail!
