1. Please give the shipping services I use time to deliver your order. I use United States Postal Service as my primary shipping source. Typically I will ship items either First Class or Priority Mail. I've found out that from the Cleveland area, a Priority Mail package has to go thru Pittsburgh before it is shipped to your home. Thus even if you live in Columbus, Ohio and want a package shipped Priority Mail, it will be routed to Pittsburgh first THEN to your post office in Columbus. Thus sometimes it is better to simply ship it First Class.

I have also found out that (here in the states anyhow) using your NINE Digit Zip Code will cut off about one full day of delivery time! Now I cannot guarantee this always works out this way BUT when I add the NINE Digit Zip Code to a package, the Post Office seems to get it to the customer a full day ahead of schedule. Thus, when filling out your order form, give me your Nine Digit Zip Code. (You can get this nine digit number printed on your utility bills & magazine subscription delivery addresses.)

2. I have found out that for Overseas (re: anywhere outside the USA) the best way to go is Post Office Global Priority Mail for packages. They track your parcle right to your door. This cuts down on the "I-didn't-get-my-package" nonsense.

3. Overseas Orders take note: I am NOT responsible for anything your country's Customs Officials seize! Some books & materials may be illegal for you to own in your country due to your government's regulations. IF your country seizes your booklets, oils, powders, items, etc., there is NOTHING I can do! You will have to take this matter up with your Customs Officials in the best way you know how.

Nor will I be held liable for any damages your Customs Officials cause to your package. When the package leaves my office, it has been inspected, packed well and then shipped. I even include your street name, physical address, telephone contact number & email address just in case your country's Officials need to open the package to inspect it or if something has happened that damages the shipping label, there's enough information inside so they can get it to you. This is why it is important that you provide me with your day time telephone number so that you can be contacted if there's anything amiss.

4. For the record, I am a ONE-MAN show. This means there will be delays for products & services. Unfortunately this is the way things are. I cannot afford to hire people and train them to work for me at a fair wage. Thus I am relegated to doing everything here myself. Further, there are many things I offer that others simply cannot make so I have to be a one-man show. Expect delays. My sincerest apologies in advance.

5. When you email me, allow me at least 4 full business days to respond. If you do not hear back from me within that time frame, then re-mail me. Realize that this does not count for either weekends or holidays. There are times when I'm traveling. I don't own a laptop and very often where I'm staying there is no Internet access anyway. So please, just be patient. It does not help if you just resend the email to me as all that does is confuse me and clutter up my In-Box. One email will be sufficient.

6. All products I offer are HAND CRAFTED and this means it takes time to make them. The items I offer are NOT off the shelf like you'd find at Walmart so your patience is appreciated AND expected! I try and add little freebie extras to offset the amount of time you have to wait and yes I know you feel like the special birthday child anxiously waiting to open their presents. The wait is always worth it! I get countless emails from clients that state they're glad it took time to get the item to them because they're thrilled with it.

Even the books and courses I offer take time to put together. Again, I do not have things all made up ahead of time ready to pull off the shelf. So please, be patient with me. Rest assured I will always throw a little something free in there for your wait.

7. My Radionic instruments take quite a bit of time to make now that I'm building my own from scratch without any help. *sigh* Yes, yes, yes, I know. This is the problem when you have something that everyone wants but not enough time to build everything (and yes I do have others to help me build them!) The wait is definitely worth it! No one else has my units and it takes me time to make the product AND to empower them as well as test them. If you order one of my Radionic Instruments, realize that they're well worth your time to wait.

8. In Stock means it's ready to ship in the normal time frame. Due to being a one armed paper hanger, 'normal shipping times' are relative. The bottom line is if you think you cannot wait for something, then it's probably best that you don't order. Every one of my suppliers are one-person operations and no one has any of this stuff made up and ready to go. This is why I throw in freebies and goodies.

9. My personal services take time to perform. I have to take my clients on a first come, first served basis. I get dozens of requests for help each day & these people want me as their practitioner of choice but with the way my free time goes, I can only serve so many at any given time, thus there is a waiting list. (Sorry, but there are no other practitioners I recommend)

10. Since all products are hand crafted and all booklets are spiral bound (or hardbound where offered), there are NO REFUNDS - except on any damaged merchandise that the carrier causes (AFTER the carrier has agreed to pay for the damages) OR damaged caused by manufacturer's defect. That's it! Are you interested in buying a used Radionic device that was used by a person who has/had HIV? Or used it to kill an enemy? Or something else? Do you really want those residual energies in your machine? I think not.
