Folks, when you order something from this site, it is important that yo provide accurate, personal information. I should NOT have to say this as it is common sense!

I realize that many of you are anti-spam - just as I am! - HOWEVER if I need to contact you about your order, I am NOT interested in getting an automated reply back telling me my email is not acceptable or I have to join your email system!

If you want to play those games with people, fine! Do so! However when you order stuff online, you should have an open email address like Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail or something simple so that when I send you an email about your order, I (nor any other retailer) gets some stupid automated message telling us that our email is potential spam.

This only delays your order. Many of you wonder why your order is late well if I have a question about something on your order, & try to contact you only to get some anti-spam filter message, you can just complain at yourself in the mirror. I do not have time to give each and everyone of you a personal phone call about the details of your order & play phone tag. Hell, when I've tried that, I've often run into outdated or non-published numbers or that silly filter that tells me I have to show my phone number. Screw that!

It's YOUR order. Provide me with an adequate email address, or do NOT bitch to me when your order is delayed any further. I'm not taking it on the chin for this nonsense any more!
